Before I left Idaho, I had talked to Toni B. a couple of times, and in contact with her as she kept me informed of everything I needed to know to make sure the often times, miserable care buying experience, went smoothly. She was attentive, and made sure I had everything I needed while I was at the dealership, and left a very positive impression on myself.
